For over 25 years Underwater Construction Company & Consumers Energy has contracted with us to install and remove a 3-mile long fish protection net at the Ludington Pumped Storage Plant in Lake Michigan. Each spring we install the net to keep fish out of the intake penstocks, and each fall we remove the net so ice doesn’t break it. Managing this net is a specialty service requiring commercial diving.
